1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Animal Face Test and related services ("Service") provided by JoCoding, Inc., a Delaware C Corporation ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Definitions

  1. "Service" means all animal face test features and related content provided by the Company.
  2. "User" means any individual who uses the Service in accordance with these Terms.
  3. "Content" means all text, images, animal face analysis results, and other materials provided within the Service.

3. Eligibility

  1. The Service is available to individuals aged 14 and older.
  2. Users under 14 may use the Service with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
  3. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 14 years of age.

4. Changes to Terms

  1. These Terms apply to all Users of the Service.
  2. The Company may modify these Terms as necessary. Material changes will be notified 30 days in advance.
  3. If you do not agree with the modified Terms, you may discontinue use of the Service. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

5. Description of Service

  1. The Company provides the following services:
    • AI-powered animal face analysis test
  2. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
  3. The Company does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or timeliness of the Service.
  4. The Service is generally available 24/7, but may be temporarily suspended for system maintenance or other reasons.

6. User Obligations and Prohibited Activities

  1. Users shall not engage in the following activities:
    • Using another person's information or providing false information
    • Interfering with the normal operation of the Service
    • Infringing the Company's intellectual property rights
    • Accessing the Service using automated means (bots, scripts, etc.)
    • Using the Service for commercial purposes without authorization
    • Distributing viruses or malicious code
    • Any other illegal or unauthorized activities
  2. Users shall comply with applicable laws, these Terms, and service usage guidelines.

7. Privacy

  1. The Company does not collect personal information for the free service.
  2. Images uploaded during use are deleted after analysis and are not stored.

8. Service Limitations and Suspension

  1. The Company may restrict or suspend access to the Service without prior notice if a User violates these Terms.
  2. The Company may temporarily suspend the Service in the following cases:
    • System maintenance and updates
    • Force majeure events such as natural disasters
    • Service failures or traffic surges
    • Changes in applicable laws or regulations
    • Other circumstances making service provision difficult
  3. The Company will provide advance notice when possible, but may provide notice after the fact in urgent cases.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  1. Not Medical Advice: The Service is provided for entertainment and educational purposes only and does not replace professional medical diagnosis or treatment.
  2. Accuracy of Results: AI analysis results are for reference only. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of results.
  3. Limitation of Damages: Unless caused by willful misconduct or gross negligence, the Company shall not be liable for damages arising from use of the Service.
  4. Liability Cap: In no event shall the Company's total liability exceed $100 USD.
  5. Indirect Damages: The Company shall not be liable for loss of profits, data loss, business interruption, or other indirect damages.

10. Intellectual Property

  1. All intellectual property rights in the Service's content (text, images, logos, designs, etc.) belong to the Company.
  2. Users may use information obtained through the Service only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
  3. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or modify the Service's content without the Company's prior written consent.
  4. Rights to images uploaded by Users remain with the Users; the Company processes them only temporarily for service provision purposes.

11. Third-Party Links

The Company is not responsible for third-party website links included in the Service. Please review the terms and policies of external sites when using them.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
  2. Any disputes arising from the use of the Service shall first be resolved through good faith negotiations.
  3. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the State of Delaware.

Effective Date

These Terms are effective as of February 11, 2026.
